Caduet (generic name: amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium; brand names include: Envacar)
Caduet is a combination of two medicines, amlodipine besylate (known under the brand name Norvasc) and atorvastatin calcium (known under the brand name Lipitor). Amlodipine is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), chest pain (angina), or blocked arteries of the heart (coronary artery disease); atorvastatin is used to lower high cholesterol. It is also used to lower the risk of heart attack and stroke in people with multiple risk factors for heart disease such as family history, high blood pressure, age, low HDL-C, or smoking.

I am a bit overweight and I have always had problems with blood cholesterol levels. Caudet is unique in the way it treats both hypertension and high cholesterol. And what is still more amazing it treats both the disorders very successfully. I know what I'm talking about as I have been looking for such medication for years and now when I have finally found it, I'm not going to take anything else. Haven't noticed any side effects except for minor migraine at the very beginning of treatment.
