Each capsule contains 500 mg Glucosamine and 400 mg Chondroitin. Both ingredients come from natural sources and are part of the cartilage, which is a sort of natural cushion between the bones in a joint.

Glucosamine is a natural substance found in the covering of shellfish. Chondroitin usually comes from bovine or shark cartilage, but can also be produced in a lab.
