The usual dose is 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, half hour before going to sleep with a full glass of water. Dosage may be increased to 3 capsules daily taken at regular intervals.
If you miss a dose of SleepWell, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
Keep SleepWell at room temperature, away from heat and light.
